Principles (including process flow diagram PFD)

MBBR Pack utilizes Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor technology where wastewater flows through sequential reactor modules filled with bio-carriers that provide surface for microbial growth, enabling efficient organic matter degradation. The system supports combinations of anaerobic and aerobic reactors, equipped with aeration and lifting devices. Wastewater enters the inlet, passes through each reactor module for biological treatment, followed by settling or screening before discharge, ensuring stable effluent quality.

  • Treatment capacity: maximum flow rate 500 m³/d per module, scalable with multiple modules in parallel

  • Organic load: approximate BOD removal capacity 200 kg/day
