In an era of escalating water stress and tightening discharge regulations, industrial facilities can no longer afford to treat wastewater as a disposal problem. The UHER AquaReclaim™ Pack transforms this challenge into an opportunity—delivering high-purity reclaimed water at unprecedented operational efficiency.

This integrated system combines PTFE ultrafiltration (UF) with thin-film nanocomposite reverse osmosis (TFN-RO) in a single, containerized skid. Unlike conventional reuse systems that rely on fragile PVDF membranes and energy-intensive pumps, the AquaReclaim™ Pack leverages UHER’s proprietary PTFE hollow fiber technology, renowned for its extreme chemical resistance, high porosity (up to 90%), and permanent hydrophilicity. The result? Stable, high-flux performance even under variable or aggressive feed conditions.

The system achieves remarkable energy consumption as low as 0.65 kWh/m³ at 1,000 m³/day capacity—among the lowest in the industry. It consistently produces permeate with TDS <300 mg/L, COD <5 mg/L, and SS <1 mg/L, suitable for cooling tower make-up, boiler feed pretreatment, or process reuse. When fed with municipal-quality water, it can even generate demineralized (DI) water with conductivity below 10 µS/cm.

Available in modular capacities from 500 to 1,000 m³/day, the AquaReclaim™ Pack is pre-assembled in ISO containers for rapid, plug-and-play deployment—eliminating civil works and slashing project timelines. With a 5-year membrane warranty and proven resilience in high-salinity and high-organic streams, it offers unmatched lifecycle value.

For industries from semiconductor fabs to food & beverage plants, the AquaReclaim™ Pack isn’t just a treatment unit—it’s a strategic asset for water security, cost control, and ESG compliance.
